The cancellation of your subscription is not a refund. Payments are non-refundable or prorated if service is terminated or modified before your billing cycle ends. Your service will continue until the end of your paid term, (i.e., if on a monthly plan, at the end of the monthly period; if on an annual plan, at the end of the 12 month period from your Services start date).
